McElroy River Parks Criterium
Home to world-renowned Cry Baby Hill, racers will take on this grueling oval course that runs along the scenic Arkansas River. The start/finish is located at 15th and Riverside. Watch the race from the adults-only Cry Baby Hill for a wild spectator environment. For a calmer, more family-friendly spectator environment, watch near the Arkansas River as the racers sprint by.

The River Parks Festival opens at 8:00 AM along the Arkansas River.

First race starts at 8:00 AM and the last race ends at 4:35 PM.

Check out the Cry Baby Hill Stage presented by Vast Bank. Live music and DJs begin at 11:30 AM.

Kids' Races (for ages 9 and under) start at 1:10 PM at Houston & Riverside. Participation is free! Registration is required on-site. Participants must have a bike and a bike helmet. Training wheels, trikes, and big wheels are allowed.

The free Williams Townie kicks off at 2:15 PM at Galveston and Riverside. Bring a bike, helmet, water, and a signed waiver form. Open to all ages and bike types.

Parking
The BEST OPTION? Ride your bike! There is no dedicated event parking on Friday, but you can look for surface lots and garages near the Blue Dome District.

Cry Baby Hill
Pack light on the hill! While the following items are allowed at the Riverside Festival, they are NOT allowed on Cry Baby Hill:
