REGISTRATION & TRANSFERS
Q: I registered in 2023 but I need to change my CAT. What do I do?
A: Click on "Crits" > "Transfers & CAT Changes," or click here. Fill out the form and someone will contact you regarding your CAT change.
Q: I signed up for the Criteriums but would like to transfer to the Fondos. How do I do that?
A: Email us at info@tulsatough.com and we will walk you through the process.
Q: Is there a way to hold a spot for me before the criteriums sell out?
A: The criteriums are first come, first served — therefore, we are unable to hold spots. The fondos have no field limit.
REFUNDS
Q: If I registered for the June event (crit/fondo) and cannot attend, will I get a refund?
A: We do not process refunds. You are welcome to transfer your entry to another rider by going to www.tulsatough.com/ Click "Race" > "Transfers & CAT Changes," or click here. Fill out the form, and someone will contact you regarding your CAT change. Please note that you are responsible for collecting your entry fee from the rider you are transferring your entry to.

REGISTRATION
Q: Can I register for the Gran Fondos and/or the Criteriums during the weekend?
A: For Criteriums, the Friday registration tent will be open from 3:00 PM to 8:15 PM at 321 S Frankfort Ave. Registration is available via BikeReg, here. For Gran Fondos, on-site registration is only available on Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:15 PM at 321 S Frankfort Ave.
Q: Can I register the day of the ride for Gran Fondo rides? (Saturday/Sunday)
A: No, we do not accept on-site Fondo registration after Friday.

Q: Which streets are on the Friday Criteriums?
A: Elgin Avenue between Third and First Sts., First St. between Elgin and Detroit Aves., Detroit Ave. between First and Second Sts., Second St. between Detroit and Greenwood Aves., Greenwood Ave. between Second and Third Sts., Third Street between Elgin and Greenwood Aves.
Q: Which streets are on the Saturday Criteriums?
A: Cincinnati Ave. between Reconciliation Way and Cameron St., Cameron Sts. between Cincinnati Ave. and Main St., Main St. between Cameron and Easton Sts., Easton St. between Main St. and Boulder Ave., Boulder Ave. between Easton and Reconciliation Way, Reconciliation Way between Boulder and Cincinnati Aves.
Q: Which streets are on the Sunday Criteriums?
A: Riverside Dr. between Galveston and Lawton Ave., Lawton Ave. between Riverside Drive and 13th St., 13th St., between Lawton and Galveston Ave., Galveston Ave. between 13th St. and Riverside Dr.
Q: Where are the Gran Fondo route maps?

Q: Can I see Fondo route profiles, including the full route, mileage, and elevation?
A: Click on any map on the AAON Gran Fondos Maps page to view the route (and its associated data).
Q: Can I get route info for my GPS?
A: Visit the AAON Gran Fondos Maps page, select the route you will be riding, and click to view the entire route. You can "export" the route to your device when you are on the route page.
Q: Are the Gran Fondo intersections blocked off?
A: No. You must follow the rules of the road at all times.
Q: What are the "rules of the road"?
A: It means obeying traffic laws as if you were a car. A bike is a moving vehicle, and cyclists must adhere to all rules regarding stop lights, stop signs, merging, and making left or right turns.
Q: What side of the road do I ride on?
A: You will always ride with traffic on your side of the road so that cars may pass you accordingly. Cars should be passing by on your left side.
PACKET PICK-UP
Q: Where can I pick up my event packet?
A: On Friday, you can pick up your packet at the registration area located at Neff Brewery (321 S Frankfort Ave.) from 3:00 PM to 8:15 PM. On Saturday, we have a limited pick-up window between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. You can pick up your packet at the registration tent just north of the Mount Zion Baptist Church. On Sunday, we have another limited pick-up window from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM at the registration tent located near 15th St. and Riverside Dr. To save time, complete the event waiver and bring it with you when you pick up your packet. Q: Is there a place to check a bag for a post-Fondo change of clothes?
A: Yes, at the check-in/packet pick-up area on Saturday and Sunday mornings before the start of the Gran Fondos. Your bag will be waiting for you near the finish line where there are changing tents available for your use.
Q: Where can I pick up my chip and bib number?
A: Your chip and bib number are in your event packet. You can pick up your packet on Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:15 PM at NEFF Brewing Company or Saturday between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM at the registration tent just north of the Mount Zion Baptist Church, 419 S Elgin.

A: North of the race venue on Boston Ave., next to Griffin Communications.
Q: Where does the Sunday Gran Fondo start?

MERCHANDISE
Q: I ordered a jersey, shorts, or bib shorts. Where do I pick them up?
A: In the jersey tent next to the registration tent. On Friday, the registration tent is at NEFF Brewing (321 S Frankfort) from 4:00 PM to 8:15 PM. On Saturday, the registration tent is located just north of the Mount Zion Baptist Church (419 N Elgin) from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM. On Sunday, the registration tent is located near 15th and Riverside Dr. from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
Q: I ordered other merchandise from your website besides a jersey, shorts, or bib shorts. When can I expect them to arrive?
A: Items like these are made to order and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Look for them to arrive the week of the event.
Q: Do you take cash?
A: Yes!

ACE CHALLENGE & DOUBLE TOUGH
Q: What is the ACE Challenge?
A: The ACE Challenge is NOT a race against other riders: it's a race against yourself. Complete the ACE Challenge by riding the 100-mile Gran Fondo in under 5:00 hours (men) or 5:40 hours (women). ACE Challenge riders will begin ahead of the main Gran Fondo and the category does require specific registration via BikeReg. To learn more about the ACE Challenge, click here.
Q: What is the Double Tough Challenge?
A: To ride the Double Tough, you must register for the Double Tough category on BikeReg. To win this exclusive prize, sign up for the Saturday Gran and Sunday Medio routes and finish them both before the courses close. (That's a total of ~160 miles for the weekend!)
FAMILY FUN & WILLIAMS TOWNIE
Q: Are there any activities for kids?
A: We host Kids' Races over the weekend. Saturday's race starts at 2:05 PM and Sunday's at 1:10 PM. The Saturday races will take place at Main St. and Reconciliation Way. The Sunday races will take place at Houston Ave. and Riverside Dr.
Q: What is the Williams Townie?
A: A separate, slightly longer group ride that takes place during Sunday's events. Riders will take on a 5.8-mile loop, leaving via the SFTT finishing chute to enjoy the extra fanfare and fun. Registration is free, but you must sign a waiver. Save time by completing your waiver here and bringing it with you to the Williams Townie. All ages and abilities are welcome!

A: Yes, you can.

A: Yes. SAG vehicles will also be available if necessary.
Q: Do I need a helmet for the Williams Townie?
A: Yes. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a bike helmet.

GRAN FONDO SUPPORT
Q: What do I do with my bike once the ride is over?
A: We will have a secure bike check available to participants.
Q: Is there a place to check a bag for a post-ride change of clothes?
A: Yes, at the check-in/packet pick-up area on Saturday and Sunday mornings before the start of the Gran Fondos (6:00 AM - 7:00 AM). Your bag will be waiting for you near the finish line. Changing tents are available.
Q: Is food and beverage included with the Fondo registration?
A: Snacks and beverages are available for all riders at all of the rest stops. At the end of the ride, there will be a post-ride meal and drink waiting for you in the food tent at Guthrie Green, located on Reconciliation Way and Cameron St. and Cameron St. and Boston/Cincinnati Aves. Your wristband (included in your packet) is your ticket to eat.
Q: What if I get a flat tire?
A: Mechanics will be available on course and at all Fondo rest stops. If necessary, SAG vehicles will be available. We encourage all riders to carry a spare tube and portable pump.
Q: Is there an emergency number I can call while on the ride?
A: Yes, it will be printed on your wristband.
Q: Will rest stops have beverages, snacks, and bathrooms?
A: Yes.
Q: Do I need a helmet?
A: You will not be allowed to start the ride if you do not have a bike helmet. Bike helmets are required.
Q: Is there a place to go to fill my water bottle?
A: Yes. All rest stops will have ample supplies of water.
Q: Is there someone on hand to help me air up my tire?
A: Yes, the mechanics at the Fondo rest stops will be able to assist you.
