We have two opportunities available if your company or organization is interested in participating in the Saint Francis Tulsa Tough.

• Food Exhibitor - Concessions for guests and cyclists

• Expo Booth Exhibitor - Showcase product or company services

Anyone interested in participating as an Exhibitor must submit the application on this page for review. Space is limited and the application deadline is May 21st, 2023.

Food Exhibitors must meet Tulsa Health Department regulations and have these Insurance Requirements:

• The exhibitor will maintain in full force and effect the following insurance policies at all times during the Event. Exhibitor shall have their insurance carrier provide applicable certificates with the Agreement...

  • Worker's Compensation (if applicable): $100,000 for each accident​

  • Comprehensive General Liability:

    • Bodily Injury: $175,000 per individual/$1 million per occurrence

    • Property Damage: $50,000 per occurrence 

  • Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Liability (not applicable to non-motorized mobile pushcarts)

    • Bodily Injury: $175,000 per individual/$1 million per occurrence

    • Property Damage: $50,000 per occurrence

  • Exhibitor's Insurance Policies Specifically Name the Following as Insured:

    • Saint Francis Health System​

    • Tulsa Tough, Inc.

    • The City of Tulsa

    • River Parks Authority
