The first rule of Cycling Club is: you gotta ride your bike because your bike won't ride itself. With 160 cumulative miles of riding, the Double Tough Challenge will put your legs to the test.

 

Curious about how to train for this event? Check out these ten-week training plans courtesy of Mark Teruki, a former U.S. National Cycling Team coach. Each of his plans are designed to get you to the finish line by training your body (and your mind!). We recommend choosing a plan that is just a short stretch from your current fitness level and following that plan closely for ten weeks to ensure optimal results.
